This 12/10 FM A05 chrome alloy lined pump has been completely dismantled shot blasted and then inspected before each component has been reassembly into this pump.

The bearing assembly has had new bearings fitted along with new piston rings, shim set, set screws and grease nipples. The best quality EP2 grease has been applied by hand directly onto the bearings making sure that the grease has been applied to the correct places and in the correct quantity.

A new Warman expeller ring and expeller has been fitted along with a lantern ring, neck ring and two new packing’s. The shaft sleeve is also new.

The back liner, throat bush and volute liner are all new original Warman parts.

The pump has been finished off with screws and new seals throughout.

NEW Casing, back liner and impeller are all new chrome alloy.

NEW shaft, new bearing housing, endcovers and labyrinth etc.

This 6/4 DAH is fitted with A05 chrome alloy liners and impeller. The shaft seal assembly is a centrifugal seal arrangement which consists of an expeller ring and an expeller which is generally considered to be the standard set up.

The pump has been completely dismantled shot blasted and then inspected before each component has been reassembly into this pump.
